  • Not What They Used to Be

I used to buy these all the time because of the value and nutrition quality. This is the first time I bought again in over a year since I work at home now and can make meals more often. Anyhow, I noticed they are smaller, cost more, have less nutrition than they used to (they used to be loaded with B vitamins and other vitamins), and they used to taste a little better, too. At this point I feel like I can save money by using a protein powder instead.
