Replaces original switch, adds a ground connection and restored functions.
It replaced the old switch and restored the dimming function in my '65 Dodge A100 van. No instructions were included, so I had to figure out that the original knob and shaft had to be inserted all the way in and the face nut tightened before the push-pull / on-off function would work.
