I stated out with the basic Simply Fit video that came with the board. It was a very good effective workout. My friend lost 40 pounds in 3 months. I gained muscle mass and became nicely toned. Felt GREAT! We were doing the entire 60 minute w/o. Then we decided we needed a challenge and went with this SF Board 21 Day workout video. The nutrition part is more common sense, but well explained, and that wasn't our focus. But the 30 minute workout-incredible!! Fast, with rests in between. Rosalie is a terrific and fun motivater. My Fitbit registers 5,000 steps and heart rate goes up to 130 or more. My friend and I have fun, laugh, sweat and are feeling great and energized after the routine. Also includes before and afters of the challenge team. Inspiring. :-)
