Works as advertised!
Only problem I have with it is the “beginner” silicone ring is very small for a normal penis. Just use plenty of water based lube to get it on your erect penis, then start pumping. Pump until slight discomfort and then hold section for 4 min, reapply section if vacuum is lost. Use three sets of 4 minuets of suction with one minute of rest between sets. Use every other day for best results. The only thing that I wish is had, is a vacuum pressure gauge. Some of the better ones and hand pump models do. If you get one with a gauge, use 4 -4.5 in of mercury vacuum to start with and work up from there. Stop pumping if it becomes painful!!! Lastly penis pumps were designed for erectile disfunction, not a a jack off tool. My penis grows an inch in length when and some girth when under vacuum, but goes back down to normal size when vacuum is released. Over time and regular use, you may see some actual growth. PLEASE READ
I rated this pump 5/5 but keep in mind this pump is Very strong and way better than any other 50$ pump out there. I damaged my private and I was only pumping at 30. I did not notice discomfort till I pulled it out and noticed a BUNCH of little red blood spots all over and swelling like blister around the tip. It’s very strong and definitely not for beginners, will rest for 1 week and give it another go but with less pressure and more frequent breaks. Won't trust the product again
