Money saver.
Worked great until i installed in column. Then key had to be jiggled and pushed slightly. One small trick. I gave a small blast of WD40 into cylinder. This washed a little of the grease off the barrel onto the cover the key passes through first. Key goes in and out very easy now. Never did an ignition cylinder before. But took me 40 minutes to key and half an hour to install in a 2009 escape. Great value. Was quoted $329 at a dealer. This OEM part cost me $79 and my labor. FREE. Almost 1 1/2 tears later.
