To the person who says this in the reviews: "Medical evidence says that in the concentration supplied, this product is harmful to health.
The UK NHS health stipulates a daily maximum of 4,000 IUs of vitamin D and says any dosage above this is likely to be harmful. Each daily dose of this product is 10,000 IUs. "
~The dopey twit fails to (purposefully) mention that the reason it can be toxic is due to calcification (vit D puts calcium into the blood). HOWEVER the only threat is to big pharma profit margins, as they FAIL to mention that there is no toxicity with Vitamin D in any amount when taken with Vitamin K2, Zinc & Magnesium (Vit K2 takes the calcium OUT of the blood and into the bones teeth etc. Take those four together (D3, K2, Zinc, Magnesium) & it completes the circle so as to speak. A bit of searching in duckduckgo will yield the very same information. Knowledge can be very powerful, hence why vested interests at big pharma like to throw red herrings around..!
