The system is great. Faulty controller.
The system started right up and connected to my wifi easily as it should. The graphics are good and the system is easy to use. However the controller seems to have a faulty battery and being tethered by a four foot cord until I can get a new one is kind of a bummer. However I'm glad it wasn't the system that had the problem all in all for the money it was a good deal. SHIPPED BROKEN HDMI
Console works well so far but the HDMI cable was mashed on one end when I opened the package and doesn’t work at all. LUCKILY I had a few lying around or else this would be 1 Star. Scientifically impossible for this kinda of damage to happen in transit without console being destroyed or crushed. So they literally packed a bad HDMI; which is disturbing

This would have been a certain 5, but I just don’t know how long this will actually last. Now in terms of what is being advertised: yes everything Is there. The ps4 was reset to factory default The cables were not all there, but that’s okay because I only needed the power source At times the frame rate does drop, but I don’t really know if that’s a hardware problem or if it’s my setup All of my games play and the console connects to wifi and Ethernet without issue The ports (USB, HDMI, etc.) are in decent condition and work Oh and streaming works wonderfully All in all great value for my buck!Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

mostly works with poor cosmetic appearance
it does work just fine but have issues turning it on sometimes need to sort of bang it to make it start up as far as I could tell it could stay on but I don't have high hopes for this long term. Came with a game still in the system so guess that’s a plus but would have appreciated knowing about the extra work needed to use it.
