I just received this today and used it with my dogs for about an hour. It is great! It throws regular tennis balls and seems to be well made. The plastic is thick and seems pretty durable. I can throw higher/further than I could before with less effort. It easier on my shoulder and elbow than just throwing by hand. I always thought to myself, "Why do I need some device to throw a ball when I can use my arm?" Work smarter not harder.. I highly recommend .. It's easier on your body and your dog's run firther to chase the balls. =)

Solid quality. Size is on the bigger end. You need to use some strength to get the ball out at the right moment. It clutches the tennis ball just a hair too tight. Otherwise a good tool. As described, it picks up tennis balls without having to touch the ball with your hand.

Loads of fun if your dog retrieves. The rubber balls are perfect for the "chewer". Sturdy and basically indestructible but also soft enough to allow lots of chewing. The balls are brightly colored so easy to find even in the woods. The launcher allows some serious distance. My dog basically begs to play "chuck it" daily. Keeps him fit and he loves it.

Best tool to work out your dog- throw 80 yards with the 26". Really saves your arm and prevents you from getting slobber all over your hands. I have a 18" and 26" don't leave home without them for my australian shepherd mix "Luna". Before getting the chuckit I could barely tire her out before I was. Do yourself a favor and get one!!

My shoulder was devloping a deep pinch until I started using the Chuckit. My Dutch Shepherd Dog loves the sound of this launcher cutting through the air.
