Pills too big
The quality of this product seems fine. The size of the pill is not good. Maybe a horse could swallow them but way to big for me. L-Lysine is used to keep healthy skin and lips, if you have a mouth sore or a cold sore as they call it. A cut in the flesh anywhere on your body L-Lysine works great for speeding up the healing process. I take a 1000 mg pill in the morning and one in the evening for two days. I have never had a problem with that not healing a mouth sore completely. I do the same thing when I get any kind of cut or sore on my body, it can take a bit longer with a flesh wound but it will sure speed up the healing process, good stuff.
