To be fair, I’m sure if you’re installing it on a Drive rollator it’s probably great. If you’re installing it on a different brand, that could be very different. I found it more difficult to assemble and install (even with only 4 parts) than the rollator I installed it on. The cup holder with an embedded exposed nut on one side with the hole large enough to pass a bolt and a corresponding indentation to accept the head of a bolt on the inside, a bracket with a hole for passage of the bolt including an indented receptacle to accept the exposed nut from the holder and with a matching hole on the other side to pass the bolt to apply a hand tightened nut to compress the bracket around one of the tubes on the rollator to affix the cup holder. It also comes with two different sized plastic inserts for the bracket to reduce the size of the opening in order to support smaller tubing diameters. Frankly the bracket wouldn’t fit the largest tubing on the device where I wanted to mount it with neither insert installed. (The bracket couldn’t compress enough for the bolt to reach the threads of the hand nut.) Installing it on a smaller tube, which was barely satisfactory, did work but required a part of an insert to adequately tighten the bracket. Adding the smallest insert made the bolt not reach and it required cutting off about 2/3 of the insert to mesh the nut. I made it work and I’m sure it will function fine. I’m also sure if the tubing on your walker is the right size it will work fine. I didn’t answer the, “Do you recommend it?” question or the, “Is it a good value?” question or the, “Is it of good quality?” question. The answer to all three is — Depends.Read full review

Had a hard time attaching it to my Walker without it sliding up and down.. Drive makes excellent Walkers. They have a nice attachment around the pole but when I put the Bolt through the Cup and the 2 holes on the attachment it had too much length sticking out to put the knob on and Squeeze the 2 holes around the pole to tighten it and I had to go to a hardware store to get a shorter bolt. ( If I didn't get a shorter bolt then I couldn't tighten it the cup holder and it would slide up and down the pole.) The attachment around the pole needed to be tightened so it wouldn't slide and the bolt being too long it gave you too much excess too tighten the attachment around the pole. I also got great correspondence with their company in trying to solve this problem. After I got the problem solved I am very happy with it. They have notches in it where you can place your coffee cup handles which is nice.Read full review

The only issue I have with this is it's too big for normal size cups/water bottles, pop cans. And yes, UNIVERSAL . . . . I get that but if people are using this that are in a wheelchair we don't need the fluid containers flopping around in the holder. I also taped the slots so other things like candy, etc. won't fall out. The next thing I'm going to do is cut out a piece of styrofoam to fit inside this device that will hold cans and/or water bottles more securely. Just ME I guess. Otherwise, very durable and well made. I like the container holder in my 2013 Ford Focus. It has slotted fins around the top that adjust to different size containers. Fit is universal and perfect.

Bought this cup holder for my brother and he uses it all the time. It frees up your hand so you can keep moving without losing your balance. It looks like it would fit a single arm walker too. Overall very pleased with the style, durability and convenience of this cup hold.

I bought this along with a roller and the elderly lady always has her water bottle on the seat section and it's always falling or being knocked down by her so i purchased this for her to have a secure place to put her drinks in, except the "rod" part of her roller is too thick for the cup holder to completely be secured tightly. I guess it is made for thinner metal rod parts and so that is the only drawback. if it was designed to allow for different widths of the bars of any wheelchair or roller or whatever you call these things, it would have been a great product, a universal product and i would rate it 5 stars.
