Looks similar
Fitment was very close. Original GM had slightly better constructed borders. It was a GM replacement in GM Delco packaging with GM part number but made in China. I don't know where the original was made. The price was about one third of what the dealer wanted over the counter. It appears to function correctly with no known issues or noticeable differences in its operation.
