After 4 months 1st led on the speed and 1st led on the timer and the oscillating button stoped working.I owned (2) dcf300z fans which work perfectly but they all hum on low settings but it’s normal on those model I also own (1) bcf201z but that fan doesn’t oscillate but folds nicely but I love the dcf102z no hum one 6.0 battery would have the fan run 20 hrs easily and it oscillate but now I’m upset i hope this helps I also like to point out there’s others reviews with the same problems I describe on other sites Update I recently took it to an authorized makita repair/warranty shop near my area and now it is fix they replaced the circuit board and now works perfect free of charge thank you makita I will update review if it messes up again with in the warranty period Update 4/1/20 low speed is not working well it turns off here and there by itself with in minutes med and high speed works it still oscillating yes I would still have bought it only cause it’s a perfect size and it really does push out air just like it’s bigger models would for it’s size but they need to fix the issueRead full review
