    Similar to factory

    Only issue i had was the screws on my f150 were phillips head. This replacement came with torx head screw. I used the factory screws again. Little pricey for a cheap plastic latch but you need it or all you stuff dumps out when you lift seat back up. Thought about using a big rubber band.
