It works fine
This is my second unit, first one still works, wanted a back up. Works fine for general jewelry work. Hoses are cheap, valves sticky, but! The whole set costs as much as an original smith tip alone. I consider them as disposable units and but them as such. When my business increases ill buy an original for over a hundred dollars, for now this gets me by just fine. I use it for ring sizing, bangles, custom jewelry, eat rings, chains and necklaces.

Junk!
I ordered hoping the tips would fit on my current mini torch system but the threads are not the same size. The tips are supposed to have ruby material embedded at their ends, into which a small hole is drilled to give you a fine flame. None of them had that and their numbers were scratched in with a sharp object rather than professionally stamped in. I’ve been a goldsmith for 44 years, maybe these tips will work for someone else but not for the precise flame that I need. Really, pure junk.
