Lots of features & GREAT sound!
Bought for my father as a gift for father's day. He's hard of hearing and the sound is very loud which is perfect for him. I used for 2 days just to instruct him. There is a quick start guide but for the most information I needed to go online to research. There are tons of features which makes this 5 star but difficult for people who just want the basics. Not a flaw, just a fact. VERY comfortable! I did have a hard time talking to dial a contact where there is an app to help. I didn't find the app useful but it's the only way to activate some features like stored favorite contact numbers (5). I know that I won't spend money on any other headset but this one! Great price
I realized that this is not an origninal OEM product; it's just a copy the four I bought have problem in the mic; it's not sensetive and not good it sends very low voice; it needs to put the mic just in front of your mouth to transfer good voice quality. also one of them now has malfunction; one of the retractable earbuds doesn't stay when you pull out it returns so you can't put it in your ear because it will immediately return back. it could not stand more than a month!!! Great not 100%
Upon arrival I was skeptical of the authenticity of the product being that I paid roughly $40 and it retails at about $150-200. It had all the right trademarks and serial number, etc. It was noticeable that the instruction manual was a repro, as well as the cord that came with it (had no LG logo or tag) and did not come with a charger port which is usually a freebie with well known brands. The sound is as good or better than the beats solo over the ear headphones for sure, i tried a pair to compare the sound. But the clincher, the Bluetooth range is pathetically weak. I can't more more than 10ft from my phone and maintain a solid connection in an absolutely interference-free area. All in all, it was worth the $40, but I'm still not convinced it's a true LG product.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great product, but not very sturdy.
I got to use this for 6 months or so. I ride a motorcycle long distances very often and I used it, under my helmet, to cut down on road noise and to listen to audio media. Light weight great features.
The headset is light weight and fits comfortable on my neck. The sound quality is great. This headset has forward and reverse button on the right side which allows you to fast forward to the next song or reverse to repeat a song. Headset has push button retractable earplugs, which is a nice feature. It has a talk button on left top to answer phone calls, and a pause and start button on right top, although my wife wishes they were reversed,. Great product for the price but even better if you catch them on sale. I would recommend these headsets. Same great product made better with retractable buds
These type of headphones from LG have been great from the start but the retractable earbuds means I probably will not need an exchange after 3 months. Only complaint is they are a bit stiff so more noticeable around the neck but otherwise awesome!Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

LOVE IT!
I love these! I always had a problem hearing people when I talk on the phone. I found myself pressing the phone up hard against my ear. Now I talk on the phone way more. I LOVE THIS!!!!!!!! Just not satisfied with this pair of ear buds. Earbuds voice is too loud when telling you it is on, off, or connected. Buttons to retract earbud wires do not work correctly. highly recommend the INFONE harmon kardon speakers and features are perfect
love them, is my second pair due to theft, not wore out.
