Small klein
I am very pleased with the klein small diagonal pliers. I had been using a cheap pair of kobalt pliers from Lowe's (china), and there is no comparison. Kobalt 9$ klein 28$ this is an example of you get what you pay for. I install components on circuit boards and these are perfect for cutting the component leads.

Ok, hard to beat a quality Klein Tool! I have purchased numerous similar tools from Asian sources, and they just don't hold up. PERIOD. So pay a little more, get something that will last.
