It Works
Works nice on a aftermarket 3rd tail light on my V45 scooter... The tail light mode its BRIGHT, & in the stop mode it does about 5 BRIGHT flashes & stops flashing but stays ON till brake pedal or lever is released.. Then when the brakes are applied again, it repeats the 5 BRIGHT flashes & stays ON till lever's are released..
