Our new filter spewed around 30lbs. of sand into our new pool. I read the reviews about this particular model vacuum and decided to give it a try. I received the vacuum cleaner as described. I opened the box and assembled the unit. I pressed the power button and it went on. In my eagerness to use it, I attached the pool net pole I have to it and it fit like a glove. THIS THING IS AWESOME!!!! In a little less than one hour it removed all of the sand right out of the box without having to recharge it. The only thing I didn't like was having to empty it several times because the filter bag is small. I highly recommend this vacuum cleaner without any reservations. I think the larger bag that comes with the HD model is a good idea.
