Bright and Colorful
This looks really nice; however, I've had several issues with it during the short time since I received it. The streaming tail kept falling off--the metal spinner comes apart if the balloon tilts at the right angle. I had to wire it together. The upper panels will pop out of the center plastic bracket in a gust of wind, and I'll come to the balloon spinning with one or more of the panels flapping loose. As the balloon spins, tension builds up in the black nylon string, and there is an annoying snapping sound as the top spinner finally turns to release the built up tension. I've tried oiling the spinner to help it spin more freely but that didn't seem to help. As I said, this looks great but it has been troublesome.

This one's the best one on the market
This is the best balloon out of all the ones out there. I got one a few years ago and it finally bit the dust (out in all kinds of weather.) It's the only one I've found with 12 panels and you really have to go with 12. It's just so beautiful and worth the extra money!!!!! You will not be disappointed. I had a little trouble putting it together this time for some reason. You have to hang it when you're putting the spokes into the holes. I was having trouble getting the right spokes in the right holes. It would be nice if they could color code the holes. If you don't do it right, the balloon will look lopsided. Once you've done it, I recommend super gluing the spokes into the holes. Otherwise, if the balloon is out on a really windy day, the spokes will come out of the holes.
