I answered "yes" to all the questions, even though the questions don't apply to this item. I am a fan of Shure products and they have served me very well since bought my first PE585 Hi Z mic in 1966. This preamp has a design flaw in my opinion. The mini-XLR is not as tough, nor protected as it needs to be. To add insult, I have 2 transmitters, neither of which take a mini-XLR - but use a different jack instead. I'd rather have a simpler preamp without the mini option that is solid - like most of their products. This particular item arrived earlier than promised and was in new condition even though it was an "open-box" item.
