It's not the Original controller because it's Not compatible with Xbox headsets, I purchased for my son who loves to communicate via headset and it doesn't work any of his 3 headsets. I thought it was just a bad one, but I tried both controllers since I purchased 2 and neither work. Other than that the shipping was great and customer service seems attentive.

I have another one of these controllers for xbox 360, and figured out that the xbox one stock controllers are absolute crap (for 60$ i wasnt taking chances) so i got another one of these. I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy bulk controllers, but when they came they looked brand new, and preform just like a $60 brand new one you get from Microsoft. And they sent batteries with them. I could care less that they came in a plain brown box. As long as they work.

Wish it shipped in a more protected manner rather than a bag. The right bumper has become unresponsive after about 2 months of normal play. Not sure of the cause but makes me wish I had bought the $5 warranty.
