Overall- so far - it's awecome
--Parental controls is very weak. Wi-Fi Wow!
Because of prior "disappointments" with Wi-Fi routers, I was reluctant to buy another; however, this Linksys model has not been a disappointment. I particularly like being able to rename the router, and assign very long passwords (20+ characters), enhancing security. It also has pretty good range, well over 100 feet. I do have 2 complaints, though - it's slow to reboot; and the "USB Control Center" software duplicates my printer in the device listing under Windows 10. Everything I need at a very resonable cost
The quality and reliability of my Internet service is poor, and my previous WiFi routers had difficulty recovering from the frequent momentary dropped signals. The AC3200 provides a good signal to the far end of my home (up one story and beyond the AC/furnace closet), which I hoped for. More importantly, it almost always seamlessly recovers from the dropped signals that my carrier uses to maximize their capacity/profits. The advanced features and generic configuration interface are very nice -- very easy to tweak the router for the best service in my crowded neighborhood. Best Router I have ever owned
With 3 kids that are all using the WiFi with xbox, then add streaming movies, the Wife playing her games on the iPhone. This is the only router I have found to handle everything at the same time. Seems to be working well
