The Bissell SmartClean is a compact robotic cleaner that removes dust and dirt from floors with the simple press of a button. The smart Invisible Wall technology lets you select which rooms the vacuum will target, so you can bypass areas that contain small children or pets. Great tool for the home!
I purchased this for my mom who has a bad back and has been advised not to vacuum anymore. This has worked very well for her so far. The vacuum is able to transition from carpet to linoleum with no problems. I was surprised with the suction power. The container is quite full when the vacuum is finished with a cleaning session. The only issue she has had was with the vacuum getting stuck on a rug with fring. The vacuum sucked in some fring on the end and got stuck. Consuelo gets lost in space !!
I like Consuelo (her name) but is just not what the advertisement was showing ,gets stuck on shower mats , between chairs and table is just like playing ping pong you have to get her out of places or she will be bumping walls/items/furniture, takes long time to get out of a small space with 3 walls, it is LAUD this little thing has a noisy motor and not always finds her way back to the charger , she gets lost and powers of :-( . shes great on cat hair and small pieces, I like Consuelo but no way she can replace my regular vacuum cleaner. I have two dogs and always fight against dog hair on my hardwood floor. This vacuum is an awesome little machine. I don't know that other products promise and actually do but this vacuum is a great alternative to those more expensive vacuums out there. It is easy to use and gets the job done for a great price. It's very loud and gets stuck a lot then dies. Not sure if it actually gets a full charge but frustrating. I do however like the way it cleans when it works, very good! This thing is frickin awesome. Very skeptical to purchase rumba for $600+. This is well worth the $200. Easy to use and set schedule. Only issue I've had is trying to set schedule for M-F different from Sat and Sun. It appears that you can have it schedule to clean for all days, but the time has to be the exact same. The vacuum is great on dog hair, which was our main use. I tried the mode that only cleans along the wall today, it was awesome, it cleaned along the wall only. This Bissell Smart Vac has been the best home care product we have EVER purchased. I vaccumed before I used it, and was shocked to find all this fuzz, hair and lint that my Dyson didn't find!
