Among the best biololgy textbooks on the market
I am a biologist. On the market today there are a number of excellent biology textbooks, particularly Campbell, Solomon, Raven, and Brooker. Now we add Freeman's Biological Science to the list of the greatest biology textbooks. This book fosters critical thinking at a high level. Its organization, photos, diagrams and much more set the student up for success.
