  • Wonderful collection of essays chosen by Jonathan Franzen

The Best American Essays of 2016 were chosen by Editor/Writer Jonathan Franzen, a favorite author of mine. I really like his essays, so I knew I would not be disappointed in his choices. I was actually inspired to re-read JF's How to be Alone and other essays in that book. This was a fine collection and I would recommend it highly. This is not stuffy reading.
