Great Printer
I really like the printing capacity of the Xerox printer, copier and scanner. I had some trouble setting it up but I am not tech savvy. However, the Xerox customer service is incredible. I called and the initial support member told me to hold for a software specialist. I held for about 10 minutes and this person was professional, and so knowledgable. I consented to him taking over my computer and he expertly linked all the necessary software and steps. Further, he explained what he was doing! Love my new printer and couldn't be happier with the customer support team. I would definitely purchase this printer again. I also like that it can be connected via WIFI , Ethernet and USB port.
