Accu-Chek Glucose Strips Are So Reliable
Accu-Chek blood glucose strips are easy to use and they are very well made and reliable. I am glad they come in containers of fifty as I have to order 2-3 at a time. I have to check my blood sugar several times per day and the glucose strips are always trustworthy. I sure hope Accu-Chek will stay in business as it's the only glucose monitoring system I ever use. Very fine quality products overall. The glucose monitor by Accu-Chek is easy to refill with a new battery and the monitor lasts a LONG time with one battery. Accu check plus is a big minus. The old strips were super consistent and only varied 5 points if you tested 5 times in a row from the same finger prick. When they changed to plus strips they vary 15 points in 5 tests in a row and are totally worthless. Accu Check Compact strips changed for the worst as well and there is nothing worth using anymore. Freestyle light vary 12 points and are also worthless. I bought up a couple year supply of Accu Check Compact(before they became plus) strips that you can use even when expired and they only vary 6 points. While these strips did have an expiration date sooner than those you might pay full price for, we use them so quickly that this is not a problem for us.
