Everything seems sturdy enough, I used some pins I already had and I had to modify the lower tabs to fit my quick hitch, now it's pretty much perfect(once I get around to touching up the paint, lol). Works great on pine needles, pulling up thatch and collecting larger debris. It doesn't get everything but it loosens the rest up so you should be able to grab it with your mower next time around. Sure beats a regular rake! It will leave lines in "sensitive areas" but well formed grass won't.

Appears well made and sturdy and I am pleasantly surprised with assembly, I'm 72 and putting to together was fairly easy for me to manage with the help of my workbench and some C clamps. No problems hooking to my subcompact tractor.
