I purchase this keyboard for church, and so far is a great keyboard. Can become complicated in the beginning until you get use to the new keyboard. I also have the Yamaha Montage and the sound is very close to the Montage, but Montage has aftertouch and other perks that are destroying the competition. It's not that heavy, so is great in case you travel with this keyboard. I only got it for $700.00 so for the price is great.

The MoXF8 is amazing. 88 weighted keys in a 30 lb keyboard. I can transport it easily in my Honda civic across the back seat because the width of the keyboard is basically just the keys. It's got everything the Motif XF does except user sampling and a big color display, but the display is logically laid out and easy to navigate. It's got the full Motif XF soundset and effects, sequencing, arpeggiators, etc. Another big plus - it serves as an audio interface with relatively low latency for soft synths. Can handle 2 stereo audio channels and has an audio input on the keyboard that can be routed through effects (including a vocoder effect). It's not as good as my RME Babyface audio interface, but it's not far off ... I might end up selling the Babyface. I'm having a blast learning and using it. Only downsides for me is that the keyboard doesn't have aftertouch and the midi in either goes to the keyboard or goes past the keyboard directly to the USB out (depending on the MIDI mode of the keyboard). You will not go wrong investing in this keyboard!Read full review

This is a great machine for the money. Great for home use and excellent on stage. Almost bought the Motif, really glad I didn't. The motive is too big and too expensive for the average user. I agonized over the possible purchase of the Motif since Iin the demo room the Motif had hands down the best piano sound from any electric keyboard I have ever heard and The sounds I hear when I play either inspire or dis-inspire me. The sounds of this keyboard are amazing for the price and you really get terrific choices. I sold my 9000pro for this and what a difference, especially when performing live, My only complaint is that the manual is terribly confusing and very user unfriendly. Trying to get prepared for life performance within one month of purchase was extremely frustrating. I could not find many online tutorials that addressed set up for life performance. I eventually was able to unravel the knot. The frustration was well worth it! I haven't regretted purchasing this keyboard even for a moment.Read full review

Great keyboard. Pretty much brand new. The first one they sent me was broken, but called them and they replaced it.

This keyboard is an all in one keyboard. The sound is crisp and it has an overabundance of options. It creates such a professional sound that you can't go wrong with it even while making original tracks
