Nothing wrong at all with this Hotspot - easy to set up and use. Unfortunately it works with all my devices and laptops - except for my HP laptop from work. In checking around the web, it appears that many HP laptops won't work with many Hotspots - not just this one. It’s has a nice display with a great battery life. It’s easy to setup. However even when it has 4 bars signal it was still very slow. It strained to play streaming video. To find out if it was the device or the signal I ran a test. I checked the speed and then installed sim in a 7730l MiFi. The speeds were very different. 1.3 to 12.6 mb. Used Netgear Unite Pro 781s
The item was used with a cracked screen. The crack did not interfere with the functions of the screen display. Hotspot functions well and in good condition. I dropped it 3x on a cement driveway and still functions well. Would buy a used one again of needed. It was only $30 vs a newer Netgear Nighthawk Hotspot for $200.
