Droptine Scope
I have other more expensive models of Burris scopes and was afraid a this price point the quality might not be there. I was absolutely amazed how clear the glass was and the light gathering capabilities. The scope adjusted well and has held its zero since sighting in. I finished sighting this scope in when at 100 yards I couldn't see my target at all with my eyes, but could still see well enough through the scope to put 2 bullets touching in the 10 ring. I would recommend the droptine scope to anybody that is looking for the best bang for the buck they can get on the market. My scope is a 4.5-14 x 42mm.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Cheap is cheap. Maybe Burris makes better I wouldn’t suggest this on to anybody.
Too short to mount on my long action magnum. After changing 3 sets of mounts and at least getting it on the rifle, the eye relief was so short I either have to climb way up on it or cut 2 inches off my stock because it can’t be slid back with it’s short 1” tube. Need a death grip to change magnification or parallax. Windage adjustment turns but doesn’t always click I’ve used cheap Bushnell’s that were better!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

4.5-14 Droptine is pretty darn good
I am surprised at how clear this scope is. Using it on a new light weight 300 Win Mag and no vibration or impact shift to the point of aim. The Ballistic Plex has me within 2" from 100 yards to 500 yards. Think I'm going to get another.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great for the money. Holds zero. And clear. As a bell
I had a buddy that bought one I liked it so I decided to try one. Next year I plan to put a verocity. On my 7 mm. And I’m putting a. Drop tine in my 270. It’s being built. The trigger was bad. In mine. It’s a rem 700. Had over ten pounds trigger pull. It was to dangerous to adjust. So. I’m having a Timney. Triggger. Installed. And getting it. Refinished. Rebedded. And. Crown re surfaced. When it gets out of the gun shop I plan to put. Burris mounts and a drop tine. On it as well. It’s my. Green feild rifle. My 6.5 I put this one on is my. Back up. Gun. It’s good out to around. 250. To 300. Yards. I try to keep them inside. The 250. Range. To be sure. If my 35 whelen scope goes bad. It’s a. Nikon. I’ll put a verocity. Or. Fulfeild. On it. It’s my main gun. Returned to Burris for warranty on day one
I got the scope out of box, mounted it on my gun, set the gun in a vise and attempted to zero it by barrel sighting it. Right when the reticle was just short of zero it stopped moving. The glass is clear and it seems like a decent product but my has been returned to Burris for warranty. Also, does not come with lens caps.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Burris has always been a great scope for me
