Gradually (effortlessly) improving digestion and core health
An interesting approach to detoxing and improving digestion. The detox tea is simple, tasty and effective. I plan to gradually work my way through the other stages recommended - I already have. I have started cooking Indian food with the recommended spices and I've been meditating many years.

This is a good reference book, but often reads like a textbook and the reader can get 'lost' in the details - but if you are looking for details and a full explanation, this is perfect. I've been following most of the instructions, but don't find myself losing weight - however I am sleeping better and feeling better so I suspect progress is an ongoing journey like everything else.

The Prime is something we should all do.
She gives good instructions and explains why. We should all do what she says and our health would all show it. It isn't so much of a diet book as it is a book on good health and the result is becoming your ideal self. Couldn't loose anything but bad health by following it. Well worth the price of the book.
