Good, other than battery life a bit short; this device for Verizon has become difficult to replace.
This phone is operational. It was the third note 5 I ordered to replace the one my son dropped and broke. Battery life is not as good as the one I am replacing unfortunately. Apparently these are hard to replace for Verizon. When I used the “order it again” button on the other vendor’s website, I recieved a phone that only worked with a prepaid plan they sent a card for a free trial to. Another one I ordered came locked. Good deal, but some features missing
The verizon model does not update on tmobile network. It has to be updated on the verizon network. Although the phone is unlocked, I need to be able to update it so be able to use it to its max benefit. Sometimes, it will dial 1 automatically (in recent calls) thus I get a message the call cannot be completed. Great Phone
This Phone is extremely capable. It is fast, nice looking, and does everything I need it to do from streaming movies to surfing the net. Nice Clear screen with Amazing resolution and great battery life. My only complaints are the sealed battery and non-expandable memory. It is very functional you can get on the internet. Check your email. Draw pictures. It also has a swipe function you use your finger to spell the word by sliding continuously across the letters in the word. It is like connecting the letters together with your fingers. Charges fast. I like these features; the size fits in most pockets and you get a big screen to operate your 64 GB. Fingerprint ID is the main reason I upgraded from my note 3. Love this phone!
I've been wanting a Note since they first came out with the pen, but could never afford it. I finally sprang for this refurbished model, and I've loved every minute. The pen is amazing and does wonders for my productivity. I can take a photo and write notes right on the photo. The camera is much better than my old phone's, and the auto note feature is incredibly convenient. I bought this phone for the pen, specifically, but the rest of the phone does not disappoint.
