It will work
It works for what it is but the clamp itself is not a universal fit so I had to get some tape and wrap around my dash cam ball to make it bigger but yes it does work now. Later I will have to take it down to figure out something else to use besides to tape I have there now. It had different ball mounts and had one I could have used but since my camera is gps capable I couldn't use the generic mount.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Versatile, but flimsy
The kit is exactly as described in the eBay description, and is very versatile to use for a variety of devices, but unfortunately is not very robust in construction. After a few weeks of using the mount for my dashcam, the plastic clamp broke; this is one part that could have used some metal reinforcement. Being resourceful at fixing things (if I do say so myself!), I was able to repair it with some glue and a metal screw, and it has held up for a year. Therefore, I can't recommend this, unless you are careful and don't tighten the clamp too much, or are at least are good at fixing stuff. Good variety of ball connectors.
The product arrived super quick. It has a very comprehensive set of ball connectors for almost any kind of camera or device. The only concern I have is that the securing bolts appear kind of fragile but I have yet to use it for a length of time. Works like intended.
Was really hesitant about this purchase. My concern was over the camera mounting bracket slot. With such a wide assortment of supplied connectors, my Fears were put to rest. Found one that mates right up to my camera. Mounting below the rear view mirror is genius. My windshield is clutter free and visibility is unhampered with no distractions. Unit installed, all hardware needed was supplied. Easily and stress-free. I have NO negative comments about this purchase. Great product!

Good value, very sturdy once mounted, ends problem of dash camps falling off suction mounts
This is all plastic except the screws (x4) and a rubber strap. It works well, better than suction cups. There are many different plastic parts to provide an interface with almost any dashcam I've ever seen. Dash Cam Mount
If you do not want to mount your dash cam or other device on the windshield or dash this is an good alternative if you have room behind the mirror. It comes with a large variety of adapters to fit many different devices. It can mount on just about any sized mirror stem and positions your device generally out of your field of vision of the road. Once everything is tightened down it is very stable.

Simple and flexible in it's function
This kit is quite flexible with all of it's optional fittings . In my '88 Isuzu Trooper , the mirror stem is quite short , stocky , deeply rectangular and very close to the windshield with little space to actually mount my dashcam . A longer center "link" would be ideal . For others with large Mirrors , a horizontal area for the Clamp to mount , hanging the camera Below the mirror would be ideal .
