WEAVER scope base for RUGER 10/22
Great item. Mounted perfectly, looks good, fits and works perfectly, and is inexpensive compared to many others. BE SURE YOU KNOW - this is a WEAVER base, so PICATINNY rings will NOT FIT. Some people say they are interchangeable - that is BS. Picatinny bases and rings use a different size slot - the PICATINNY has a wider slot. It makes a difference. You can use Weavers rings in a PICATINNY base ( though the rings fit a little loosely until you tighten them down), but you cannot fit Picatinny rings in a Weaver base.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Weaver's excellent quality, this base is my pick for a 10/22. (I worked in a gun shop for 20+ years, and have mounted over a thousand scopes-really) Fits the receiver contour perfect. 4.75" long. Won't accommodate some rail accessories
This is a great product. There's not a thing wrong with it. You'll be happy. However, the spaces on the rail are not wide enough to accommodate a TruGlo Picitinny riser. The TruGlo mounting bolt shank is too wide to fit in the Weaver slots. Nothing wrong with the quality of either product. They're just not compatible. Bummer.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
