Surprising sound, good value.
This pedal produces surprising good tones at a very affordable price. Even though the housing is plastic, it appears to be fairly sturdy especially for a part-time player like me. I put it in my pedal chain temporarily to test drive it, so I used a battery in the tremolo instead of 9v power supply. Naturally I forgot to unplug it. When I sat down to play the following night, the battery must have been nearly depleted and at that low voltage it produced some really interesting distorted vibes! Might be interesting to mod one for voltage control if a person had that capablility. (I don't.) Anyway, I'll probably take a look at some of their other pedals based on the performance of this one. Only reason I'm giving it a four rating instead of five is the plastic case instead of metal.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Love this tremolo pedal.
I have used a lot of amps with built-in tremolo through my 50 some odd years. I currently use a Peavey amp that does not have tremolo. Because of the low price of this Behringer UT300, I was not expecting a lot. Surprise!!!! Great pedal. I do wish they could have placed the power supply input on the rear instead of on the side. good tremolo for the money
i wanted to have a tremelo somewhere in my chain before i broke off to the 2 amps, that way i could set the trem speeds on the 2 vox a little different and then have this thing there and make a sound sorta like on How soon is Now, it works.........i moved it to the PA for vocals and it works but the best thing i've used it for so far is on a synthesizer. can't go wrong for the money really.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Needed addition
The UT300 is exactly what I've been missing from my effects repertoire. It adds the perfect touch for some of my love tunes, and some of the semi- rock tunes that hearken to the 60's.
