Excellent game! I really like how it starts and then when you eventually get to the mars-like level where gravity is different and you gotta use the zones to stay alive, oh man, I love it! That's where it really picks up and became addictive. Then how the game goes through different atmospheres just gives it so much variety. The weapons are AWESOME! Highly recommend this game to all Borderlands gamers.

Not my cup of tea, but it made my cousin really happy to finally have a co-op partner. For just a couple bucks, it's a good deal, but it's arguably inferior to part two (not that that one anything to write home about). Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel is a perfect example of how strong opinions can lead to presumptive negative opinion on a game without any interaction or experience playing the game in question. This game is not an extension of Borderlands 2. The plot and setting is vastly different and would be cause for severe criticism if it were to have been DLC for BL2. It's playability and replayability is strong, in my opinion, although maybe slightly less than it's (release based) predecessor, Borderlands 2.

Typical Borderlands brilliance! A truly immersive game for hours of fun playing online , solo, or with friends. Choose from many characters, and play for eternity...great fun!

I've tried to get into the borderlands games. This is the third one i've played. While the colors are vibrant, the dialogue is humorous, and the weapons are cool, the game isn't fun to play. The physics and map system ruin it. You can't move easily. Character moves super slow and jumping is not accurate. The map/objective marker system is not easy to follow at all. If I don't know where i'm supposed to go, and I can't easily move around in the game, it doesn't take long before I just quit playing because it isn't fun.

Better than many want to admit. You will need to adjust to low gravity gameplay and the need to find air (unless you play as FR4G-TP). New weapon types as well as a unique attack method are there to use.DLC even lets you play as Jack. As you play you will uncover the story of how "Handsome Jack" went from a good Hyperion employee to become the amazing villain in Borderlands 2. Also note: playing as FR4G-TP can allow you to become a PIRATE SHIP!!
