Seems cheaply made!!
The gears in this type drill don't last very long. I have had three of these drills do this under normal use. Would not recommend!!

Absolute junk, don't waste your money, The owner is nice, she sent me a replacement but the same junk. fully charged battery will last about 30 seconds (no torgue)
