Awesome upgrade!
Well machined from high quality material. Easily installed by simply removing 4 bolts holding the old one down, then replace the two old gaskets with the two new gaskets (included in the box) and throttle body, torque new bolts to spec, intake back to tb plug in sensors and connect battery. Better performance and gas mileage.
After 45 years as a Heavy Truck Diesel Mechanic I've seen all kinds of products promising the moon. We'll, this is one that delivers. I installed the BBK 62mm throttle body on my 2004 Jeep Wrangler 4.0 and immediately noticed an increase in power thru all RPM's. Idling much smoother. I even have noticed a small increase in fuel mileage. Definitely worth the cost of it. Excellent.
Makes a big difference compared to the 58mm stock. My Jeep does whistle like a jet engine on cold start after this installed along with the k&n intake and a 63 mm HESCO throttle body spacer. Excellent quality, and the only one available in the market. (HESCO offers a similar excellent throttle body but for nearly double the price) This is an excellent and recommended upgrade. Will add more photos later
