Got a whistler....
This throttle body has a very annoying and embarrassing whistle at different stages of throttle. BBK FAQ section will tell you it could be that the ports aren't lined up due to a mismatched size where it meets the manifold. I puchased the 3501, 56mm ports, just like the OEM. They also state it could be the ports for the IAC valve that cause the whistle. They advise you to send it in for refinement by BBK, or you can give it a shot yourself and hope you don't void your warranty. Down time (weeks?) to deal with this, not to mention I'm paying for the shipping and insurance on the package? Next time I'll spend the extra money and get the OEM part from Ford.
