The ResMed fit tool suggested that my size was a small; however, after some trial and error, I ended up successfully using the large cushion as the small and medium restricted my ability to breathe through my nose as I have a deviated septum. These cushions provide a great seal and ResMed claims that these cushions fit over 99% of all users who tried them. I found my AHI index dropped significantly when changing to these cushions.
