ALBOLENE: The Ultimate Makeup Remover
Have used ALBOLENE as a makeup remover (especially eye makeup) for years. Comes in a jar like cold cream and lasts forever. A short while ago, ALBOLENE became available in tubes. A great idea, but I wrote to ALBOLENE about the fact that the product separated a bit in the tube, so a squeeze resulted in an oily liquid, rather than a homogenized solid, coming out of the tube. This pump bottle specially targeted for eye makeup removal certainly solves that problem because the oily liquid is what's pumped out! Excellent for eye makeup removal! Now the cost-conscious buyer will probably stick to the solid version of ALBOLENE, because this new pump bottle is smaller and comparatively much more expensive. However, it is ALBOLENE, and it does work very well. Perhaps the manufacturer will eventually reduce the price of the pump bottle packaged product. I really wanted to try it and bought two bottles for just under $18.00 on eBay.
