    Well balanced and easy to handle

    While this is a good value and it works like it should, it is not the furniture quality finish I was expecting. And I don't think it is maple as stated. With some sanding it can be made smoother. Otherwise, it is well balanced and easy to handle. Takes a little practice to get used to not having handles like a traditional rolling pin, but I do like it.
