The John Williams Jurassic Park Collection CD box set is a must have for any serious John Williams fan. Great music! Especially with all the extra new cues never released before. THE LOST WORLD, with all its brilliant use of percussion is my favourite of the two scores. Also great packaging design and extensive liner notes, and information about the score. I had to wait a long time for this, but it was worth it.

I always think of the scores for the first two JP movies as one giant score and some of the best music in John Williams’ legacy of beautiful movie scores. If you’re a completist, you will surely want this expanded edition. If you’re a more casual listener and a fan of the movies, this will conjure up many memories from the scenes themselves. Either way, you can’t lose out with this package.
