I was facinated by the design, and moving face, which is quite rare on watches these days. As an Aircraft Engineer, I appreciate quality and difficulty, both are in this watch design. Also in order to "adjust" the original band, you need to cut off the rubber at sectioned intervals. Once cut, you can't reverse the process if your wrist widens over the years.
