General Motors' 1968-1972 A-Bodies are among the most beautiful vehicles in history , and chiefly amongst them is their 1968 El Camino ; add to that the coveted Mark IV 396 ( albeit , in 325 hp or 350 hp guise in this instance ) , backed by the bullet proof Turbo-Hydra-Matic 400 , and a host of other features , and you have a winning combination . To wit : this gem from AMT's Golden Era . Its inherent issues from its earlier production have been remedied by Round2 , namely the dreaded sink marks on the "C" ( "B" ?) pillars .
