    Great for the price

Battery not as good as some. So just charge it. Tendency to get warm/hot on charger and updating when doing factory reset. After reset, seems to be better. Nice feature to nearly clone your old phone, thus saving much time. Although it did take about 8 hours to do from factory reset. I don't need a laptop sized phone, so this fits the bill nicely. Would like to have a replacable battery, but, such is life. Camera is very good. Good upgrade from the m8.

Good phone but make sure you have the right hardware with right firmware

Very good phone but I was not happy about people selling phone that belonged to ATT (Model: 0pja110), flashed with wrong firmware to get it unlocked and selling it as T-Mobile version which is more expensive. The correct T-Mobile version is 0pja120 for those who are interested else you will be getting Edge services most of the time. Yes the phone works but bands are missing and no Wifi Calling/VOLTE.

  • Definitely NOT the M7 OR M8. -- Meh

I like the operating system, but the phone has a tendency to become VERY hot with high usage or usage while charging. I quite often use it as a GPS (I drive for a living) and the battery drain is quicker than with both my previous M7 and M8. While I could use both of those phones all day with the power saver enabled and brightness lowered to 2 of 3, the same cannot be said of the M9. It usually lasts 2/3 to 3/4 of the day. I am NOT a gamer other than WWF, so this surprises me. Also, sometimes the operating system gets laggy with mutliple windows open. I've also experienced more dropped calls in the first month with the M9 than the previous year with the M8. I paid $350 for a NIB phone.

  • Good phone

Purchase to to avoid getting locked into new contract with my carriers for a reasonably priced phone. The M9 has held up well and include a memory SD slot. Only down side is the camera (good, not great) and the speaker phone sometimes drops out from time to time and I have to switch off and back on to resolve the problem

  • Nice phone, but.....

This is a nice phone with a very good display. It is fast browsing and running apps. The "but" is that the camera leaves a lot to be desired. It claims to be a 20 megapixel camera but is not even comparable to the 13 megapixel camera on my old galaxy s5. Pics are fuzzy and have poor color saturation.

  • Fast, Lightweight and has many great features

The device was ready to activate right out of the box and I had everything easily transferred from my previous mobile device(s) to this one very quickly. It was ready to use within an hour of taking it out of the box. I've had this for about 3-4 weeks now and so far I am pleased as it is the upgrade I was looking for. Pros: Very fast and smooth processing; no glitches or lag. Lightweight and comfortable size to hold, look at. Very good sound quality with great sound features; I hadn't known of the feature before purchasing so it was a nice bonus to me. Camera takes very good pictures and video, very user friendly and simple. Screen/image quality is very good, has a really nice brightness auto-leveling feature; better than other phones I've owned Screen is very durable and seems scratch resistant without a screen protector, haven't used a case or screen protector on it and it's still in the same shape I received it in; also really easy to clean. Cons: Battery life is not that great with heavy usage, not recommended for long usage with process heavy games. Button locations are odd. The power and volume buttons are all on the same side of the phone and are the same size. At first I had no idea how to differentiate them as they were confusing and not clear. I still press the Volume Down button instead of the power button at times, although there is an alternative by double tapping the screen to wake up your phone I still feel like the buttons should have some sign of differential.

  • Good looking phone, no issues

A good looking used M9 phone with no scratches on the glass, hardly noticeable dents on the front. 1 minor scratch along the top back. Nothing serious that takes away from the phone. Good value and I am please with it. Battery life is so so.

  • Love it butt....

I love this phone everything about it is awesome except I just got it maybe 2 weeks ago and the battery is fried I charge it while I'm awake never over charge it and it dies within a good 2 or 3 hrs I have to charge it and not touch it for it to last at least half a day it's crazy I don't know if it was a bad phone or is it just HTC but it's kind of ridiculous I only get so little time with my phone then boom it's dead other than that I love it with the battery life was exceptional though feel like I wasted money because I have to get it fixed now

  • Very cute and light

I really love it, but the only slight problem I have is that the battery doesn't last as long as I would like to. Otherwise, I think it's great.

  • Love Love my phone

Great seller and excellent product. I am a huge HTC fan at least when it comes to their top of the line phones. I owned the One M7 before and loved it, owned another cheaper version and hated it, but this release is the absolute best smart phone I've owned. Love the fact that apps can run on the extended memory and that the memory can be configured and formatted to run as internal memory. This means I virtually have over 2 TB of usable internal memory. Only complaint is the camera and it just lacks detail in close ups and lacks a lot of the extra features you might find on an iPhone or Samsung perhaps. The camera is decent and the audio for videos is usually outstanding. Can't say enough great things about this phone, and there are very few things that annoy me... overall I can't take a star away for anything it lacks simply because it is above and beyond what I expect out of a phone with today's technology.
