The phone is wonderful. However Virgin Mobile was a real pain, getting this phone onto my existing plan. Many phone calls, way too much time on hold, etc. I'm totally happy with the seller, but my VM experience was hard. The Data Cone Right plan is fabulous, maybe they lost interest since it's no longer available to new customers. :-(
