Used to own a S7 Galaxy and this phone doesn't have a screen button on the face like the S7, it requires Vol Dwn and Power button to be pushed together to shut off, and there's no hole/connection for wired earphones. None of these are major issues but inconveniences. The phone is a bit large (I like the S7 size) but it does have the SD card expansion slot (very important to me). The speed seems very good. Overall, it's a decent phone but not Samsung's best!

I like my old S8+ more. The battery life on this new one is good, but not a lot better than my 4 year old S8+. When on 5G the S20 is faster than the S8, but on 4G the S8 is faster. I also do not like the shut down buttons on the S20. Who ever thought up the new side button configuration needs to be fired. On the S8 I could shut down the phone with one hand, the S20 requires 2hands to shut it down. This S20 is not an improvement. Same goes for a screenshot. Samsung, you did a poor job with the S20.

I actually bought this phone to use as a trade-in for a far more expensive phone. The low price made this completely feasible economically. The phone is cosmetically flawless and the AT&T rep was able to complete the trade-in process, saving me $800 (including the price of this phone). All it needed was a charge out of the box. Good value overall.

This phone suits my needs perfectly. It is well-built, just the right size for my hand, and and is considerably faster than any previous phone I've had. I also appreciate the excellent sound quality through headphones. There are numerous audio adjustments available.
