A Reissue of a Pilot’s Classic
A Reissue of a Pilot’s Classic Drenched with vintage pilot nostalgia, this reissue of the Glycine Airman No. 1 is a throwback to another era. The stainless steel case is sized like watches of old. At 40 millimeters, it’s easy to wear when you’re active or stationary. Also of note is the bidirectional rotating bezel, a feature found on many classic Glycine watches. Unscrew the secondary crown and you can freely turn the bezel before screwing the crown back on. Like the original watch, this one is only 10 meters water resistant, but with a beauty like this one, you’ll be sure to keep it pristine.

Glycine Airman Purist GL0163 (this is the one to have, do not buy the GMT!)
This is the perfect Glycine Airman for the modern man w/ the black dial, 40mm case, and a limited edition production run of 1000 pieces. This is the Purist, not the GMT. This is the one you want — it has a proper 24hr movement to match its 24hr dial. The hour hand on the GMT version runs like a normal 12h watch with two revolutions around the dial per day. The extra GMT hand runs on the 24 hr movement. This is not what you want, and if you look at the values of these, the GMTs are worth much less. Also, you can still buy the GMTs new, the Purist sold out very quickly. If you can buy an original, it's worth having in a collection (especially the cream dial) although it's much harder to wear at 36mm — too small for most men's wrists.
